Text Box: food, a time tested American menu, reasonable pricing, a casual family-friendly atmosphere, and a superior customer experience can take the brand to new heights and accelerate plans for expansion. CCRI believes that the successful implementation of the Company’s growth strategy may ultimately lead to significant short and long-term stock price appreciation.
In our opinion, an immediate investment in FDOG is therefore a solid opportunity for speculative investors to tap into a high-demand marketplace and play off of the strengths of a Company that has spent the past 22 years defining the space it continues to enhance.

Leveraging its fast-growing footprint and increasing brand recognition, Famous Uncle Al’s Hot Dogs and Grille, Inc. aims to position itself as an affordable, easy-to-operate franchise program and strategically locate restaurants throughout the United States. An aggressive marketing campaign with television advertising, media coverage, public relations, and possible sponsorships in Major League Baseball Stadiums is expected to make the Company a noteworthy competitor in the Quick Serv restaurant segment.
The prospects of quality Text Box: Corporate Overview

Headquartered in Danbury, CT, Famous Uncle Al’s Hot Dogs & Grille, Inc. is a leading franchise concept.  The Company’s origins began with Uncle Al Stein, a native of Brooklyn who was dedicated to serving the “best hot dogs” available.  As friends and customers demanded more of Al’s famous “dogs,” he decided to open new locations under the management of licensed owners.  Early successes suggest huge possibilities for national expansion.  Recognizing the huge possibilities for national expansion, the Company acquired the exclusive worldwide franchise rights from the 22 year old Virginia based group of privately owned restaurants and has since executed a plan to take the Famous Uncle Al’s brand coast to coast.

Today, ‘Famous Uncle Al’s’ Grilles are operating in strategic markets including Virginia, Florida, Connecticut, Arizona, and Nevada, and several other locations are in various stages of development. Each restaurant features counter and table seating, an open cooking area, upbeat décor, television viewing, casual service and family friendly pricing. These “neighborhood icons” have become local favorites and are the preferred places for those both young and old to enjoy the ‘Great American Hot Dog’.

With a proven franchise model already in place, management is now focused on accelerating the build-out of new locations, increasing marketing, and solidifying the Famous Uncle Al’s brand.
